Once a month ALL our students are invited to participate in extra workshops and and get-togethers, such as:

Led by Joanna Główczyńska, one of our teachers who is also a qualified speech therapist. She’ll get your tongue in shape to say any Polish word :-)

Run by those of teachers who are experts at cooking traditional Polish dishes. Together we make Polish ‘pierogi’, typical Polish soups like ‘żurek’ and we learn all about different types of groats. It’s fun, it’s tasty, it’s creative!

Learning through play for the grownups… and not only! You can bring your family – we’ll play games, talk, spend time together … and you won’t even notice that you’ve learned new words in Polish.

Christmas, Easter – we celebrate together and you learn all the special Polish holiday traditions. For Christmas, we break the ‘opłatek’ and try the typical Christmas Eve dishes; and for Easter we prepare the Easter basket, make ‘palms’ and eat the ‘baba’ cake.

ST ANDREW’S DAY and other get-togethers

At a pub, a cafe, a cinema, out on the town – together, and not only in Polish. We can go dancing, have a beer, watch movies – you’re invited to have fun with us!

TRIPS around Kraków, and bike trips, too!

Asia, our certified guide, can tell interesting stories about almost every street in Kraków; and if you prefer to get some exercise, come with us on a bike trip.
